Only the designated number of people are allowed to stay.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. In case of smoking, we reserve the right to charge a fine of 150 EUR.

Items in the apartments must not be taken out, damaged, or broken. For damaged items, we reserve the right to request compensation of up to 300 euros.

We do not take responsibility for personal belongings left in the apartment.

We do not take responsibility for the safety of your children. Please do not leave your child unattended. Do not allow your child to climb on furniture! We do not take responsibility for furniture tipping over and potential injuries.

Parties and excessive noise are not allowed in the apartments.

In case of emergency or necessity, we may enter the apartment to address any issues. If this becomes necessary, we will inform you accordingly.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors and adhere to the nighttime quiet hours in Pärnu city, which are from 23:00 to 07:00.

Please conduct yourselves responsibly in the guest apartments, both in terms of the property inside the apartments and in the consumption of electricity and water.
